Cancellation Policy

How To cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Three easy ways:

• Click the Cancel Subscription button on your account page.
• Email with the word CANCEL in the subject line.
• Call Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.

When cancellation takes effect. Right away. Once you click cancel or send us the email, you will not be charged again.

Refunds after cancelling. Cancelling stops future charges. For a refund on a charge that already happened, see our Refund Policy.
